That's where Ully is present. Daughter of the founding family, she grew up watching her parents welcome travelers as if they were old friends. Today, this tradition remains alive in her simple gestures:
a good morning with a smile, a freshly made tapioca, a conversation that begins unpretentiously and ends up revealing precious tips about Trancoso, the best beach of the day, the most beautiful time
of day for sunset, the restaurant that still holds the soul of the village.
Breakfast happens at the rhythm of the house, as is the custom in Trancoso. While the scrambled eggs are being prepared, the fresh fruit arrives at the table and the couscous warms in the steam,
stories also circulate. Stories of the village, of traditional festivals, of native families, of paths that are not on the maps.

Served under the shade of the trees, our breakfast is an invitation to start the day with affection and regional flavors. Freshly made tapiocas, couscous with butter, coffee brewed in a cloth filter, tropical
fruits, and homemade cakes make up a colorful, nutritious, and delicious spread. Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients, acquired from small producers in the region.
